This beautiful tote is totally up-cycled... an old sheet, lace, cotton doilies, strips of tattered fabric and lots of this and that as well as a few tid bits were all used to create this lovely whimsical bag...

I recently sold this whole outfit...The blouse, the belt and the skirt......It turned out beautiful and is wonderful in person...

The blouse was the bottom part of a cotton night gown, the belt is full of tattered rags and is quiet lovely.
The skirt started out as a cotton tablecloth and the trim is a crochet table runner...very nice.



This was a very ugly vest...The only thing going for it is that it is linen...I took off the awful button and stitched it close to the edge. I cut the neckline and added a lovely cotton trim.

The hem is full of bits and pieces of vintage...and the back is one whole doily...
